Coffee, Coffee and you guessed it some more coffee, is what were all about here at The Bean Store. From growing up in coffee shops owned by my family, I started on the journey to find coffee that exceeds the ordinary brands you can find anywhere on your local supermarkets shelves. I wanted to discover the best our country has to offer so that I could give my customers delicious in every cup.

This journey led me to discover the science behind our beloved coffee and took me into the much unknown world of speciality coffee. That is why here at The Bean Store we deal mostly with Speciality Coffee roasters who roast in small batches that have sustainable relations with their green bean coffee suppliers. Speciality coffee roasters seek to bring the most out of each green bean they roast, taking into account the varietel of coffee, the area it is from and the process used to extract and preserve the green beans. Speciality Coffee roasters focus on quality, not quantity and as such they do not move into the mass production trap which so often jeopardizes the taste and quality of our coffee.

There is much more to be said about the superiority of speciality coffee, but i'd rather leave the rest for you to taste and see for yourself.
