Altitude: 1,200 – 1,700 m.a.s.l. (SHG / high-grown range typical for Corquín lots). 

Process: Fully washed (pulped, fermented ~12–24 hrs, washed, then patio or mechanical drying).
Cupping / Profile : Milk chocolate, caramel, red apple, almond, clean finish.
